सफ़र की हैरानियाँ

ख़्वाहिशों की हसीन मंजिले- 

और सफ़र की हैरानियाँ ...  

मीनार की आड़ में- 

उदास मन का डूबता अनमना सूरज  

चाँदनी बन रातों में खिली धूप  

पुल की मेहराबों पर सोते परिंदे  

उनींदे पेड़ 

उचटती रातें- 

और ख्वाबों की तन्हाइयाँ ...  

आकाशगंगा से टूटता एक तारा 

मन्नत  को तकती आँखें  

रात के सन्नाटे में-  

बसंत की दस्तक 

स्नेहिल आग़ोश में-  

पल्लवित होतीं नवकोंपलें  

भँवरों की गुनगुनाहट  

फाग की थाप- 

और ख्यालों की अल्हड़ पुरवाइयाँ ... 

फटती पों- 

फिसलता रात का घूँघट  

सूरज को फिर मिलता हौसला  

नसीब है- मिलना, ना मिलना  

घुले ही हो मेरे वजूद में तो-

क्या रूठना, क्या मनाना 

क्यों हैं फिर ये नादानियाँ ...
