लौटूँगा जरूर..

दिगभ्रमित भटकाती राहें,

तल्ख ज़माने की तपाती धूप,

नाकामियों की सोई थकन,

लंबी तन्हा रातों के वो रतजगे,

रुपहले सपनों की खलिश,

रूह की अनकही सी बेचैनी,

हर लम्हा एक नई आज़माइश ।

झिलमिलाती ख्वाहिशों की तलब,

जुस्तजू मे - सदियों का कारवां,

रख्त-ए-सफर में यादों की पोटली,

रुखसती में छलकती वो आँखें,

तपते रेगिस्तान का असीम समंदर,

गर्द-ए-गुमां का वो गुबार,

तलाश में लौट आतीं सारी उम्मीदें,

गेसूओं के साये की गहरी हसरतें ,

उद्वेलित मन... युगों की प्यास...

ओह मृगतृष्णा !

झीने आँचल का मेरा ओऐसिस,

छलकती आँखों का वो अक्स,

सफर के अधूरेपन का सालना,

बस,तुम इंतज़ार करना..

लौटूँगा जरूर..

तल्ख- तेज/कड़ी , खलिश-कसक/हल्का दर्द , तलब- इच्छा, जुस्तजू-तलाश , रख्त-ए-सफर -  सफर का सामान, रुखसती- विदाई ,

गर्द-ए-गुमां – आत्मविश्वास की धूल/वो अहसास जो थोड़ा कम  हो गया  हो या उस पर धुंधलापन या गया हो ,  गेसूओं- लंबे घुँघराले बाल , मृगतृष्णा- झुटा भ्रम/माया , ओऐसिस- (अंग्रेजी शब्द ) रेगिस्तान में हरा भरा स्थान जहाँ पानी का श्रोत होता है,

सालना- दुख जो मन को महसूस हो
